This initiative was made possible through the strong support of the Provincial Government of Cotabato, in partnership with key government agencies including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XII, Department of Science and Technology (DOST) XII, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) XII and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) XII. DMW Assistant Secretary For Reintegration Services Atty. Francis Ron C. De Guzman also showed his support in the facilitation of the said activity.

Aimed at delivering government services closer to the grassroots, particularly to the migrant worker sector, the activity featured participation from nine (9) local employers and four (4) accredited foreign recruitment agencies, collectively offering around 300 employment opportunities for job seekers.

In addition to employment facilitation, the DMW Regional Office also extended livelihood grants under its Agarang Kalinga Para sa mga OFWs na Nangangailangan (AKSYON) Fund and the Livelihood Program for OFW Reintegration (LPOR) to 74 qualified beneficiaries across the region.
This event forms part of the governmentโs ongoing efforts to bring essential reintegration and employment services directly to communities, especially in BARMM and the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
